Tri-Color Rotini Recipe
Ingredients :
Tri-color Rotini
Onions/ Vengayam – 1 cup
Green Onions/ Vengaya thal
Flat beans – 1 cup
Red cabbage and Cabbage/ Muttaikose – 1 cup
Carrot – 1/2 cup
Spinach leaves/ Pasalai keerai – 1 cup
Paneer
Ginger garlic paste/ Inji Poondu vizhuthu
Garlic Pepper Seasoning
Chicken base
Green chili sauce
Salt
Butter (small cube)
Oil/ Yennai
Method :
1. Add rotini to boiling water and let it cook until it becomes slightly soft (add little oil and salt to the boiling water so that the rotini does not stick together)
2. After rotini gets cooked, strain water and keep it aside
3. Now take a vessel, heat oil and butter, add onions, green onions and ginger garlic paste, mix and fry well. After frying add the other vegetables like flat beans, red cabbage, cabbage, carrot and spinach leaves, mix and fry well. Add Paneer and fry well
4. After frying them well, add green chili sauce, garlic pepper seasoning, chicken base (take a spoon of it and mix it in a cup of water thoroughly), sufficient amount of water and close the lid for the ingredients to cook
5. Finally add the rotini to the above cooked ingredients, mix well, the recipe is ready
