Ingredients :
Black gram (ulutham paruppu) – 1/2 cup
Red gram (thuvaram paruppu) – 1/2 cup
Green gram (payatham paruppu) – 1/2 cup
Bengal gram (kadalai paruppu) – 1/2 cup
Rice (Pachai Arisi) – 1 cup
Mustard (Kaduku)
Cumin Seeds (Seerakam/ Jeeragham)
Chili Powder (Milagai Thool)
Green chilis
Oil
Method :
1. Grind rice and other grams coarsly
2. Make idli’s out of the batter and cut them in square shape
3. Add oil in a vessel, add mustard, cumin seeds, green chili’s fry well and add the idli’s
4. Add chili powder, salt and coconut bits fry and mix well
