Palak Butter Masala Curry Recipe


Ingredients :

Palak (Spinach/ Pasalai Keerai)

Tomato’s – 1 cup

Onions – 1 cup

Capsicum – 1/2 cup

Red chili powder

Coriander powder

Butter

Cumin seeds

Mustard

Oil

Method :

1. Put oil in a pan and heat it, add mustard, cumin seeds, onions, fry well

2. Add little turmeric powder, capsicum, tomato’s and fry, add one small cube of butter, let it melt, mix well

3. Now add palak (Spinach leaves), mix well and fry until the leaves shrink a little

4. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, mix well, add water, close the lid for the curry to boil and the recipe is ready

 

Palak in english is called Spinach, in tamil is called Pasalai Keerai
