Spicy Baby Corn Curry Recipe


Ingredients :

Baby corn – 10

Tomato’s – 1/2 cup

Onions – 1 cup

Small onions/ Chinna Vengayam/ Sambar Vengayam – 1/2 cup

Green Peas – 1/4 cup

Carrot – 1 cup

Pudina leaves – 1/4 cup

Coriander leaves

Green Chili’s – 4

Cashew nuts – 8

Cumin seeds

Garlic

Red chili powder

Coriander powder

Garam masala powder

 

Method :

1. Grind finely onions, green chili’s, garlic, pudina leaves, coriander leaves, and cashew nuts

2. Separately grind tomato’s finely like paste

3. Steam cook baby corn, carrots

4. Take a pan put oil, add cumin seeds, small onions, green peas, grinded masala and tomato paste, and fry

5. Add the baby corn, carrots, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, pour little water, close the lid for the curry to cook, and the recipe is ready

 

Small Onions in tamil is called Chinna Vengayam/ Sambar Vengayam
