Crispy, Tasty Mint Pakoda Recipe


Ingredients :

Bengal gram – 1 cup

Mint leaves – 1 cup

Green Chili’s – 8

Aniseeds

Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup

Cashew nuts – 10 finely chopped

Ginger

Oil

 

Method :

1. Grind coarsely the bengal gram, soak it for 2 hrs before grinding

2. Now grind seperately ginger, aniseeds, green chili’s and add to the bengal gram batter, also add cashew nuts, salt, finely chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves

3. Add  less than 1/4 cup hot oil to the batter, mix well and make pakora balls

4. Take a pan add oil to it, heat it, now add the pakoda’s and fry them until they turn to golden brown color, and the recipe is ready
