Red Chili Garlic Chutney Recipe


Ingredients :

Red chilis – 20

Garlic – 12 pieces (chopped)

Tamarind

Salt

Gingelly Oil

Method :

1. Grind finely by adding red chili’s, garlic, tamarind, salt, by pouring little water

2. Take a pan heat the gingelly oil and add the grinded paste and stir fry by mixing well

3. This chutney has a shelf life of one month if preserved in refrigerator

 

Gingelly oil is also called Sesame oil and in tamil it is called as Nallennai
