Ingredients :
Ladies finger/ Vendakkai – 1 cup
Curd/ Thayir – 2 cups
Red gram/ Thuvaram Paruppu – 2 teaspoons
Chana dal/ Kadalai Paruppu – 2 teaspoons
Coconut pieces/ Thengai – 3-4 small pieces
Red chili’s/ Kaintha milagai – 5
Green chili’s/ Pachai milagai – 3
Coriander/ Dhania
Turmeric powder/ Manjal thool
Mustard/ Kaduku
Cumin seeds/ Seerakam/ Jeeragham
Curry leaves/ Karuveppilai
Salt
Oil/ Yennai
Method :
1. Grind finely by adding red chili’s, coriander, coconut pieces, chana dal, and red gram
2. Take a pan add oil, add green chili’s, ladies finger and turmeric powder, fry and mix well. After frying add curd, grinded masala, salt, sufficient amount of water, mix well and close the lid for the curry to cook
3. Take a pan add oil, mustard, cumin seeds. curry leaves, let it splutter. Add this after the curry gets cooked, mix well and the recipe is ready
