Ingredients :
Tilapia/ Any Fish – cut into slices
Red Chili powder/ Milagai Thool
Coriander powder/ Dhania Thool
Turmeric powder/ Manjal Thool
Fish Fry Masala powder
Dried Mint leaves/ Kaintha Pudina ilai
Lemon juice/ Elumichai Pazha Charu – 2 Ts
Salt
Oil/ Yennai
Method :
1. Take a bowl add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, fish fry masala powder, salt, oil, lemon juice, and water to mix the masala well into paste
2. Now evenly spread the masala paste on both sides of the fish, and sprinkle dried mint leaves on top
3. Preheat oven for 400 degrees
4. After the oven gets preheated, keep the fish slices on the oven plate and cook them for 20 minutes, the recipe is ready
