Ingredients :
Fried Paneer – 10 to 15 pieces
Onions/ Pyaaz/ Vengayam – 1 cup
Tomato’s/ Tamatar/ Thakkali – 1 cup
Grated Coconut/ Thuruviya Thengai – 1/4 cup
Ginger Garlic paste/ Adrak and Lahsun paste/ Inji Poondu Vizhuthu
Red Chili’s/ Lal Mirchi/ Kaintha Milagai – 4
Red Chili powder/ Lal Mirchi powder/ Milagai Thool
Coriander powder/ Dhania powder/ Dhania Thool
Cinnamon/ Dal Chini/ Pattai
Cloves/ Lavang/ Krambu
Cardamom/ Elaichi/ Yelakkai
Coriander leaves/ Hara Dhania/ Kothamalli ilai
Curry leaves/ Kari Patta/ Karuveppilai
Oil/ Tel/ Yennai
Butter/ Makhan
Method :
1. Grind to paste by adding ingredients like onion’s, tomato’s, grated coconut, ginger garlic paste, red chili’s, red chili powder, coriander powder, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and curry leaves
2. Take a pan add oil, butter and heat it. Now add the grinded masala paste, mix well, let it cook till oil separates from the masala paste added
3. While the butter masala is getting cooked add the fried paneer pieces to it and mix well. Also add sufficient amount of water, mix well and close the lid for the paneer to cook
4. Garnish with coriander leaves, the recipe is ready
