Easy Thuvaram Paruppu Thogayal Recipe | Easy Dhal Chutney Recipe


Ingredients :

Red Gram/ Thuvaram paruppu – 1 cup

Red Chili’s/ Kaintha Milagai – 2/3

Grated Coconut/ Thuruviya Thengai – 1/4 cup

Oil/ Yennai

Method :

1. Take a pan put oil and heat it. Add red gram, red chili’s and roast them finely

2. Now grind by adding the roasted ingredients, grated coconut and salt to a fine consistency by adding required amount of water, the recipe is ready

 

Red Gram in tamil is called Thuvaram paruppu

Red Chili’s in tamil is called Kaintha Milagai

Grated Coconut in tamil is called  Thuruviya Thengai

Oil in tamil is called  Yennai
