Ingredients :
Paneer
Bread Slices
Maida Flour (Finely Milled Wheat Flour) – 1/4 cup
Rava/ Suji/ Semolina – 2 to 3 Ts
Corn Flour/ Makka Cholam maavu – 1/4 cup
Onions/ Vengayam – 1 cup
Green Onions/ Vengaya thal – cut to small pieces
Capsicum/ Kuda milagai – 1 cup
Green Chili’s/ Pachai milagai – 4
Pudina leaves/ Pudina ilai – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves/ Kothamalli ilai
Red Chili powder/ Milagai thool
Turmeric powder/ Manjal thool
Coriander powder/ Dhania thool
Garam masala
Cumin powder/ Seerakam podi
Oil/ Yennai
Method :
1. Take a pan add oil and heat it, now add the finely chopped vegetable’s like onions, green onions, capsicum, green chili’s, pudina leaves, and turmeric powder. Mix and fry well
2. Take a bowl, add paneer, maida flour, bread slices (soak it in water and press to remove water), corn flour, fried vegetable’s, coriander leaves, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder and salt. Mix well and smash to make it as dough
3. Now make small balls from the dough made, deep fry it in oil until they turn into crispy and golden brown in color, the recipe is ready

Shredded cheese can be also instead of paneer
