Healthy Asparagus Stir Fry Recipe


Ingredients :

Asparagus/ Thaneervittan Kodi

Onions/ Vengayam – 1 cup

Peanuts

Red chili’s/ Vara milagai – 5

Ginger garlic paste/ inji poondu vizhuthu

Turmeric powder/ manjal thool

Salt

Oil/ Yennai

Method :

1. Steam cook asparagus by adding little salt

2. Then take a vessel add oil and heat it, now add peanuts and red chili’s, fry well

3. After frying them add onions, ginger garlic paste, fry well, now add turmeric powder mix well and fry

4. Add steamed cooked asparagus to the fried ingredients, mix and fry well, the recipe is ready
