Ingredients :
Parotta – 5
Onions/ vengayam – 1 cup
Capsicum/ kuda milagai – 1
tomato/ thakkali – 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste/ Inji poondu vizhuthu
Corn flour powder
Red chili powder/ Milagai thool
Coriander powder/ Dhania thool
Turmeric powder/ Manjal thool
Garam masala
Coriander leaves/ Kothamalli ilai
Cumin seeds/ Seerakam/ Jeeragham
Mustard/ Kaduku
Salt
Butter
Oil/ Yennai
Method :
1. Make and fry parotta’s, cut them into small pieces and keep it aside
2. Take a vessel add oil, butter and heat it, now add mustard and cumin seeds, let it splutter
3. Now add onions, tomato’s, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and garam masala, mix and fry well
4. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, mix and fry well. Then add corn flour powder (while adding corn flour mix two spoons of it to little amount of water), let the ingredients cook
5. Add the parotta pieces to the spicy masala, mix and fry well, garnish with coriander leaves, the recipe is ready
