Ingredients :
Apricot – 4
Apple – 1 (big)
Banana – 1
Yogurt (flavored/ plain) – 1 cup
Milk
Sugar – 1/2 Ts
Method :
1. Chop all the fruits into small pieces
2. Now add the chopped fruits, yogurt, milk (sufficient amount) to the blender and blend it nicely
3. Once they get blended well, add sugar and blend it again
4. Refrigerate/ add ice cubes before serving, the recipe is ready
