Fruits and Veggies Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients :

Baby Carrot – 10/15

Apple – 1 (big)

Banana – 1

Yogurt – 1 cup (any flavor/plain)

Milk

Sugar – 1/2 Ts

Method :

1. Chop all fruits and vegetables into small pieces

2. Now add the chopped fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk (sufficient amount) to the blender and blend them nicely

3. Once they get blended add sugar and blend it again

4. Refrigerate/ add ice cubes before serving, the recipe is ready
