Roasted Brussel Sprouts in Creamy Pepper Sauce Recipe


Ingredients :

1. Brussel Sprouts / Kalakose – 1 cup (cut them in quarters)

2. Carrots – 1 cup (finely chopped)

3. Sweet Peppers – 1 cup chopped

4. Onion – 1 cup (slenderly cut)

5. Pepper Powder

6. Heavy Whipping Cream

7. Olive Oil

8. Parsley – finely chopped

9. Coriander leaves

 

Method :

1. Take a mixing bowl, add brussel sprouts, pepper powder, salt and olive oil, Give them a nice mix. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and roast the brussel sprouts for 15 minutes by placing them on a oven tray with baking sheet

2. Meanwhile we are going to prepare the creamy pepper sauce, so take a pan add oil and heat it, add onions and saute them well. Then add sweet peppers and carrots saute them well for 2-3 minutes

3. Now add little pepper powder, parsley, salt and mix them well

4. Add the whipping cream and let the sauce cook for 2-3 minutes

5. Then add the roasted brussel sprouts to the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes

6. Garnish with some coriander leaves and the recipe is ready
