Spicy Indo-Chinese Boneless Chilli Chicken Recipe



Ingredients :

1. Boneless Chicken – breast with rib meat – 2 (cut them to small pieces)

2. Onion / Vengayam – 1 cup

3. Capsicum / Kudamilagai – 1 cup (chop both onions and capsicum into cubes)

4. Egg Yolk / Muttai – 1

5. Dried Red Chili / Kaaintha Milagai – 7/8

6. Soya Sauce

7. Pepper Powder / Milagu Thool

8. Chilli Chicken Masala – 2 Tbs

9. Corn Flour Powder – 1/2 cup

Method : 

1. Add the ingredients like chicken, chilli chicken masala, pepper powder, soya sauce, egg yolk and corn flour powder(add half of the quantity and retain some) in a bowl, mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 15-20 minutes

2. Take a pan, add oil and heat it, fry the chicken pieces and set it aside

3. In the same pan, add very little oil, heat it, add ingredients like onions, capsicum, and dried red chili’s. Saute them well for 3-4 minutes

4. Now add pepper powder, salt, saute them well, then add soya sauce and corn flour diluted in water 1/4 cup

5. Saute them well and add the previously fried chicken pieces, mix and saute it well for 2 more minutes, you can also add red food color which is optional, the recipe is ready
