Meringue Swirl Cookies Recipe


Ingredients :

1. Egg Whites – from 3 eggs

2. Sugar – 3/4 cups

3. Vinegar – 2 Ts

4. Vanilla Essence – 2 Ts

5. Salt

6. Food Color

Method :

1. In a mixing bowl add egg whites, salt, vinegar, vanilla essence, and sugar, beat all the ingredients together using an egg beater, till you get a white creamy cookie batter ( ie., beat until the transparent egg whites turn into white color )

2. Then preheat oven to 275 F, place a cookie sheet on the baking tray, take a cone add a line on the inner side of the cone with the your desired food color using a brush, then fill in the cookie batter inside the cone and make small rounds on the tray, bake for at least 30 minutes or until the meringue cookies turn crispy on outside, the recipe is ready
