Easy Baked Potato’s with Stir Fried Oyster Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients :

1. Potato / Urulai Kizhangu – 2/3 (chopped)

2. Oyster Mushrooms

3. Pepper Powder / Milagu Thool – 3 Ts

4. Dried Parsley Leaves – 2 Tbs

5. Chives – 2 Tbs

6. Soya Sauce

7. Parmesan Alfredo Sauce

8. Olive Oil

9. Salt

Method :

1. Take a mixing bowl add potato’s, also add other ingredients like pepper powder, chives, dried parsley leaves, salt and olive oil. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, place the potato’s on the baking tray and bake them for 15-20 minutes

2. Meanwhile take a pan add oil and heat it, add oyster mushrooms, saute them well till their color slightly turns to golden brown , then add soya sauce, saute them well for at least 2-3 minutes, then add the baked potato’s to the mushrooms, also add parmesan alfredo sauce, saute all the ingredients together well for 2 more minutes, transfer it to the serving plate, the recipe is ready
