Ingredients :
1. Portobello Mushroom Caps – 2
2. Onion / Vengayam – 1 cup
3. Tomato / Thakkali – 1 chopped
4. Garlic / Poondu – minced
5. Green Chili’s / Pachai Milagai – 2/3
6. Pepper Powder
7. Dried Mint Leaves / Pudina
8. Chaat Masala Powder
9. Vinaigrette / Balsamic Vinaigrette
10. Salt
11. Oil / Yennai
Method :
1. Take a mixing cup, add all the ingredients like vinaigrette, onions, garlic, green chili’s, pepper powder, dried mint leaves, chaat masala powder and salt, mix them well. Now invert the caps ie., their gills faced up, pour the mixed ingredients in each of the portobello mushroom caps, let it marinate for 25-30 minutes
2. Now grill the cap, by turning them on both the sides (cook / grill until the mushroom caps gets cooked well), transfer it to the serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves, also add some tomato and onion chopped pieces, the recipe is ready
