Ingredients :
1. Avocado – 2
2. Onion / Vengayam – 1 cup – finely chopped
3. Tomato / Thakkali – 1 cup – finely chopped
4. Garlic / Poondu – minced – 3 cloves
5. Coriander Leaves / Kothamalli Ilai – finely chopped – 1/2 cup
6. Green Pepper / Green Chili / Pachai Milagai – 3 – finely chopped
7. Cayenne Pepper / Dried Red Chili Powder/ Kaaintha Milagai – 1 Tbs
8. Lemon Juice / Elumichai Pazha Charu – from 1/2 lemon if big or from 1 lemon if small
9. Salt
Method :
1. Scoop out the inside flesh by using a spoon and add them to a mixing bowl, immediately add lemon juice and give a nice mix
2. Now add salt and smash the avocado’s using a masher, then add all the other ingredients like cayenne pepper, onion’s, tomato’s, green pepper, garlic, and coriander leaves, mix all the ingredients together well, refrigerate it for at least 45 minutes / an hour before serving them, the recipe is ready
