Mixed Vegetable Kurma(Korma) Recipe for Chapati


Ingredients :

1. Carrot – 1 cup

2. Beans – 1 cup

3. Cauliflower / Pookosu – 1 cup

4.Onion / Vengayam – 1 cup

5. Grated Coconut / Thuruviya Thengai – 1 cup

6. Red Chili Powder / Milagai Thool  – 1 Tbs

7. Turmeric Powder / Manjal Thool – 1 Ts

8. Curry Powder – 3 Ts

9. Coriander Powder / Dhania Thool – 2 Ts

10. Bay Leaves / Brinji Ilai

11. Cinnamon / Pattai

12. Cardamom / Krambu

13. Cumin Seeds and Mustard / Seerakam and Kaduku

Grind To Paste :

1. Tomato – 1 big chopped

2. Green Chili – 4

3. Ginger and Garlic / Inji and Poondu

Method :

1. Take a pan, add oil and heat it, add cumin seeds, mustard, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, let it splutter. Then add onions and saute them well

2. Now add all other vegetables like carrots, cauliflower and beans, saute them well

3. Then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, red chili powder, one by one and saute them well, After sauteing them well add grated coconut, mix well, then add sufficient amount of water and salt, close the lid and let the curry to cook, the recipe is ready
