Ingredients :
1. Spinach / Palak / Pasalai Keerai
2. Onion / Vengayam – 1 cup
3. Tomato / Thakkali – 1 cup
4. Green Chili / Pachai Milagai – 3
5. Coriander Powder / Dhania Thool – 2 Ts
6. Cumin Powder – 1 Ts
7. Turmeric Powder – 1 Ts
8. Red Chili Powder / Milagai Thool – 2-3 Ts
9. Paneer / Cottage Cheese – 1 cup
10. Ginger and Garlic / Inji and Poondu
11. Ginger Garlic Paste / Inji Poondu Vizhuthu
12. Cumin Seeds / Seerakam
13. Cinnamon / Pattai
14. Cardamom / Krambu
Method :
1. Now take a pan add oil and heat it, add spinach and saute them well for 1-2 minutes
2. Then add it to the blender, also add other ingredients like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and garlic, add little water and grind it to a fine paste
3. Now take another pan, add oil and heat it, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, then add onions, Saute them well. After sauteing onions, add all other ingredients one by one like ginger garlic paste, green chili’s, tomato’s, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, mix all the ingredients together well
4. Now add the grinded spinach paste, salt, mix them well, and let the curry cook, when you can see oil separating from the curry add paneer, and cook for some more time, the recipe is ready
