Poached Quince Fruit Recipe


Ingredients :

1. Quince Fruit – skin peeled, seeds removed and sliced – 2

2. Cinnamon Sticks – 2

3. Sugar – 2 Tbs

Method :

1. Take a vessel, add water (like 4 cups of water and boil it), cinnamon sticks, sugar and sliced quince fruit. Cook / Poach it for 20 – 25 minutes / until it becomes soft, Transfer it to the serving plate, the recipe is ready
