Julienned Zucchini With Pasta Recipe


Ingredients :

Zucchini – Julienned or julienne cut

1. Pasta (Tri-color pasta / any pasta)

2. Onion / Vengayam – 1 cup

3. Spring Onions / Vengayathaal – 2/3

4. Bell Peppers – 1 cup

5. Salsa

6. Green Chili Sauce

7. Red Curry Paste

8. Sun Dried Tomato Paste

9. Parmesan Alfredo Sauce / any Creamy Parmesan Sauce

10. Salt

11. Pepper Powder / Milagu Thool

12. Oil / Yennai

Method :

1. Take a pan add oil and heat it, add all the vegetables like onions, green onions, bell peppers, zucchini and saute them well

2. Now add pepper powder, saute it well, then add all other sauces like sun dried tomato’s, salsa, red curry paste, green chili sauce, parmesan alfredo sauce, one by one and mix it well. Then add salt, saute it well, and let it cook

3. Meanwhile cook the pasta as per the cooking instructions given on the box, drain water and set it aside

4. Now add this pasta to the zucchini and mix well, the recipe is ready
