Egg Bhurji Recipe | Kodiguddu Porutu Recipe | Anda Bhurji


Ingredients :

1. Eggs / Muttai / Kodiguddu / Anda – 6/7 (beat them well)

2. Onion / Vengayam – 1 cup chopped

3. Coriander Leaves – few

4. Red Chili Powder / Milagai Thool – 2 Ts

5. Turmeric Powder / Manjal Thool – 1 Ts

6. Coriander Powder and Cumin Powder / Dhania Thool and Seerakam Podi – 1 Ts

7. Asafetida / Asafoetida

8. Garlic / Poondu – 6/7 cloves chopped

Method :

1. Take a pan add oil and heat it, then add ingredients like asafetida, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garlic cloves, saute them well

2. Then add onions and saute it for 1-2 minutes, Now add red chili powder and salt, mix it well

3. After sauteing it well, add coriander leaves, mix well, then add the egg mixture, and scramble it well, the recipe is ready
