Healthy Mixed Sprout Chaat Recipe / Sprout Salad Indian Style Recipe


Ingredients :

1. Sprouts / mulaikattiya payaru  – mixed variety or similar ones – 1 packet/ box

2. Onion / Vengayam  – 1 cup finely chopped

3. Tomato / Thakkali – 1 chopped

4. Cucumber / Vellarikka – 1 cup chopped

5. Mashed Potato / Masitha Urulai Kizhangu – 1

6. Namkeen / Sev

7. Chaat Masala Powder – 2 Ts

8. Pani Puri Masala Powder  – 1 Ts

9. Coriander Leaves / Kothamalli Ilai

10. Lemon Juice / Elumichai Pazha Charu

11. Salt and Oil

Method :

1. First stir fry the sprouts by adding a little bit of oil in a pan for 2 minutes

2. Then add the sprouts to a mixing bowl then add all other ingredients one by one like onions, tomato’s, cucumbers, mashed potato’s, namkeen / sev, chaat masala powder, pani puri masala powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt, Mix all the ingredients together well and serve them in individual serving bowls, the recipe is ready
