Tasty And Easy Beetroot Halwa Recipe

Ingredients :

1. Beetroot – 3 shredded / grated

2. Sugar / Sarkarai – 1/2 cup

3. Cardamom Powder / Elaichi Powder – 2-3 Ts

4. Cashew Nuts / Munthiri Paruppu – 6/7

5. Milk – 2 cups

6. Ghee

Method :

1. Take a pan, add ghee and heat it, then add beetroot and mix continuously until all the moisture is absorbed, then add the milk, and stir continuously until all the milk added gets absorbed

2. Now add the sugar and cardamom powder, mix again, until the halwa comes smoothly without sticking to the base of the pan, switch off the flame, transfer it to the serving container / plate, roast cashew nuts and add on top of the halwa, the recipe is ready
