Masala Peanuts (Chaat) Bhujia Recipe


Ingredients :

1. Peanuts /  Nila Kadalai  – 1 cup

2. Curry Leaves / Karuveppilai – few finely chopped

3. Asafetida – a pinch

4. Chaat Masala Powder – 1 Ts

5. Red Chili Powder / Milagai Thool – 2 Ts

6. Rice Flour  / Arisi Maavu – 1 Tbs

7. Gram Flour / Besan Flour / Kadalai Maavu – 2 Tbs

8. Salt

9. Oil – 1-2 Ts

Method :

1. Take a mixing bowl and add peanuts, salt, curry leaves, asafetida, chaat masala powder, red chili powder, rice flour, gram flour, water (2-3 Ts ), oil, mix all the ingredients together well

2. Transfer them to a microwave safe vessel and spread it, then microwave it for 3 minutes on high, the recipe is ready
