Vegetable Momo Recipe | Momo Dumpling Recipe

Ingredients :

1. All Purpose Flour / Maida – 2 cups

2. Baking Powder – 1/2 Ts

3. Steam Cooked Vegetables – mixed vegetables like carrot, beans, corn and etc.,

4. Onion / Vengayam – 1 chopped

5. Ginger / Inji – chopped

6. Soya Sauce

7. Vinegar

8. Pepper Powder

9. Red Chili Flakes

10. Salt

11. Oil / Yennai

Method :

1. Take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt, add water little by
little and make a fine dough, cover it with a wet cloth for 15-20 minutes

2. Meanwhile take a pan add oil and heat it, add onion’s and ginger, saute them well

3. Then add all other ingredients like steam cooked vegetables, pepper powder, red chili
flakes, salt, vinegar, soya sauce, mix and saute them well for 2 minutes, switch off the
flame and set them aside

4. Make small balls out of the dough and flatten them using a rolling pin, then add the
stuffing in the middle and just gather all the edges together, you can make any shapes,
Then steam cook them, serve with either tomato ketchup or chili garlic chutney/ sauce,
the recipe is ready
