Grilled Tandoori Chicken and Grilled Shrimp Recipe


Ingredients :

  1. Chicken – boneless pieces

For Making Tandoori Chicken :
1. Tandoori Masala Paste – 3 Tbs
2. Tandoori Masala Powder – 1/2 Ts
3. Turmeric Powder – 1 Ts
4. Red Chili Powder – 2 Ts
5. Coriander Powder – 1 Ts
6. Kasoori Methi – few
7. Mint – few
8. Curd / Yogurt – 1/2 cup
and Salt

Also can add some lemon juice and 1 Ts of Oil

For Making Grilled Shrimp :

Shrimp
1. Turmeric Powder – 1 Ts
2. Garlic Powder – 1 Ts
3. Coriander Powder – 1 Ts
4. Red Chili Powder – 2 Ts
5. Kasoori Methi – few
6. Curd / Yogurt – 1/2 cup
7. Ginger Garlic Paste and Salt

Also can add some lemon juice and 1 Ts of Oil

 

Method :

For Making Tandoori Chicken :

  1. Mix all the masala ingredients given under for making tandoori chicken, mix well, add chicken pieces and marinate for at least one hour. Now grill them by turning them on both sides to cook it well, the recipe is ready

 For Making Grilled Shrimp :

  1. Mix all the ingredients given under for making grilled shrimp, mix well, add shrimp and marinate for at least one hour. Then take an iron skillet and place the shrimp on it and place the skillet directly on the grill and grill it, the recipe is ready
