Ingredients For Making Spicy Chili Cauliflower Curry

Recipe :

Ingredients to grind to fine paste :

1. Tomato / Thakkali – 1 chopped
2. Coriander Seeds / Dhania – 1/2 Ts
3. Garlic and Dried Red Chili’s (Poondu and Kaaintha Milagai )soaked in vinegar for 10 minutes – 3 or 4 garlic cloves and 4 or 5 chili’s

Other Ingredients requires are :

1. Onion (Vengayam) and Bell Pepper
(Kudai Milagai) – 1 each chopped to square shaped pieces
2. Cumin Seeds / Seerakam
3. Salt
4. Cauliflower – cut to small florets – cook in boiling water and set aside

Method : Spicy Chili Cauliflower Curry Recipe

  1. Grind the ingredients mentioned under to grind and set it aside
  2. Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling water (adding pinch of turmeric powder is optional) set it aside
  3. Take a pan, add oil and heat it, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, then add onions and bell peppers, saute it well, add salt mix well, then add the cauliflower florets which were steamed cooked previously, saute it well, also add the grinded paste and sufficient amount of water, let the curry cook, finally before switching off the flame add either coriander leaves(cilantro) or greens of green onions, mix well, switch off the flame, the recipe is ready
