Garlic Sriracha Chicken Wings is made with spicy and delicious flavors of garlic and sriracha along with sauces coated, they really are party / game day special food, you can also try adding different sauces to make more awesome flavors too



Ingredients :

Ingredients Required For Making Garlic Sriracha Chicken Wings :

Dry Powder Ingredients :

1. All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 cup
2. Baking Powder – 1 Ts
3. Garlic Sriracha Powder – 2 Ts
4. Paprika chili powder – 1 Ts or according to your requirements
5. Pepper Powder / Milagu Thool – 1/2 Ts
6. Garlic Powder – 1/2 Ts
7. Chipotle Lime Powder / Any Lime Powder – 1/2 Ts

Other Ingredients :

1. Chicken Wing Pieces – 20 to 30 pieces
2. Butter – 2 Tbs
3. Buffalo Wings Sauce / Any Wings Sauce
4. Tomato Sauce

Method For Preparing Garlic Sriracha Chicken Wings :

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cover the baking tray with foil also place a grill plate on top of it and set it aside
  3. Take a mixing bowl and add all the dry powder ingredients to it, mix well, add salt if required as the spices and sauces we are going to add already have salt in them
  4. Now cut the chicken wingette pieces and remove the other drumette and tip pieces away
  5. Before coating them with dry powder mixture, use a kitchen towel and pat dry all the moisture from the chicken pieces, then coat them with the flour mixture and place them on the baking tray set before
  6. Once all the pieces are coated and set, place them in refrigerator for at least 15 to 20 minutes
  7. Then place them in the oven and bake, set baking time to 60 minutes, and flip / turn them over when they are half way done or at 30 minutes time, bake them
  8. Meanwhile take a pan add butter and heat it, after butter gets melted add the buffalo wings sauce, tomato sauce or any other sauces you desire like hot sauces or any, and mix them well for a minute then switch off the flame, set it aside
  9. Once the wings get ready coat each and every piece with the sauce on both sides and bake them again for 5 to 10 minutes at 300 degrees, remove from the oven and transfer them to serving plate, and serve hot, Spicy Garlic Sriracha Chicken Wings is ready
